3. Products and Pricing

• All products are subject to availability.
• Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
• We strive for accuracy in our product descriptions, pricing, and availability. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to amend it and cancel affected orders.

4. Orders and Payment

• Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• A confirmation email will be sent upon placing your order. This does not constitute acceptance.
• Full payment must be received before dispatch.
• We accept secure payments via trusted third-party payment providers.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

5. Delivery

We offer two UK delivery options:

Standard Delivery

• Estimated delivery time: 2–5 working days.
• Flat rate.
• Fully tracked

Premium Delivery

• Sent via a Next Working Day service.
• Orders must be placed before 12:00pm (midday) Monday–Friday for same-day dispatch.
• Orders placed after 12:00pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
• Fully tracked.

General Delivery Notes

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• We are not liable for delays outside our control (e.g. courier delays, weather events).
• As in according with current UK law or responsibility for the product ends once the item/s has been accepted by the customer or delivered to a neighbour.
• Couriers will attempt to deliver orders to the customers nominated address twice. After this orders may be taken to a near by collection point.
• Address are copied / imported directly from customers orders.  We cannot be held responsible for errors in the address made whilst placing an order.

6. Returns and Refunds

We hope you love your purchase, but if not, you can return it within 100 days of purchase if you change your mind in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Returns Policy:

• Items must be returned unused, in a resalable condition, and in original packaging.
• Return postage & cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Item faults, damages or lost/ missing items must be reported within 14 days of purchase or receipt of goods as in accordance with  UK Consumer Contracts Regulations / Distance Selling Regulations.
• Chosen By Jessica may recommend couriers but cannot be held responsible. It is the customers responsibility to check the courier is operating a suitable service and that item weight and box dimensions are accurate. Chosen By Jessica Limited is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
• We recommend using a tracked postal service.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item.
• We reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount if returned items show signs of use or damage.
