(Please note for same day despatch please order before midday. All orders placed after this time will be collected the next working day)

We use either Royal Mail or DPD dependant on your location for mainland deliveries, so its in safe hands. On the day of delivery the courier will be in touch via a text message or email with a 1 hour delivery time slot so there's no waiting around all day.

Not going to be in? You can reschedule, add notes or request delivery to a safe place or pick up point straight from your tracking number.

Return information.
It's refreshingly straight forward. We offer 100 days to change your mind. No hassle, no quibble just return it.

Here's what you need to know:
We hope you love your item, but should you wish to return anything we have made the process as straight forward as possible. Simply notify us of your intention to return using the handy form on our returns page. Then pack the items back up safely ready for returning to our returns address found at the bottom of the same page.

All orders are packed and sent from our warehouse in Lancashire. Sometimes orders are sent in multiple parcels. Whilst most of the time they do arrive at the same time, occasionally parcels do get separated on route and it is not uncommon for the remaining parcels to be delivered shortly after and often on the same day in a different van.
